Preview & import vehicle stock
Check Excel/CSV rows and duplicates before adding available vehicles.
1.Download and fill the template
Use Import from Excel on Available Cars or Dealership setup. Enter up to 100 rows per file. Required values include vehicle type, brand, name, year, registration and buying/selling prices. VIN is optional but must be unique if present.
2.Preview and select rows
Upload the file, review row errors and select the valid rows you intend to import. Correct invalid spreadsheet values or unselect those rows. Existing records are never overwritten.
3.Check and confirm
Run the server check to find existing registrations/VINs. Review the selected batch, confirm it and import. Server validation and plan limits are checked again before saving. The batch is atomic and repeated requests are protected from duplicate imports.
4.Finish the vehicle records
Import adds available inventory only. Review photos, seller details and purchase payments in the existing screens. Use the normal sale workflow for sold vehicles.
