Adding vehicles
Create inventory records using the details shown in the vehicle form.
1.Prepare the information
Collect vehicle specifications, registration details, seller information, buying price and photos. Required fields depend on the vehicle type.
2.Save a record
Open Available Cars, select Add Vehicle and complete the form. Review validation messages before saving.
3.Review costs and visibility
Check the saved purchase details and photos. Record later approved vehicle expenses separately so they can be included in the vehicle’s costs.
