Share a limited customer view of a quotation, recorded receipts and post-sale delivery or document progress.

Before you start
- Confirm the customer and agreement before sharing a link.
- Anyone holding the link can read its customer view. Share it only with the intended recipient.
Create the private link
Open a quotation or booking agreement and choose Create customer link. The link is valid for 30 days and creating a new link revokes earlier links for the agreement. Anyone holding it can view the customer information until expiry or revocation, so share only with the intended customer.
Review what the customer sees
The page shows the showroom, vehicle, agreed price, token, refunds and agreement status. After conversion to a sale it also shows recorded buyer receipts, remaining vehicle balance, delivery checklist and document status. Internal notes, purchase costs and profit are excluded.
Choose a language and print
The customer can choose English, Gujarati or Hindi, print the quotation and print individual payment receipts. These are views of recorded information; the quotation is not a tax invoice and the link does not collect payments.
Revoke access when needed
Choose Revoke customer links on the agreement to revoke all its issued links. Expired or revoked links stop opening. Private customer links are excluded from search-engine indexing and public sitemaps.

Common issues & fixes
The link no longer opens
Check expiry, revocation or whether a newer link replaced it. Confirm the recipient before issuing another link.
